Exchanges and refunds policy<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

At Dirty Paws, we are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction with every piece of art they acquire. We understand that purchasing a work of art is an important decision and we want to ensure that our customers feel confident in their investment. To this end, we offer the following policy regarding exchanges and refunds:<\/span>
<\/p>\n

1. Exchange Policy:<\/b><\/p>\n

Customers have a period of 7 days<\/b> from the date of purchase to request an exchange of a work of art for another of equivalent or greater value.<\/p>\n

The work of art to be exchanged must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and in its original packaging, with all documents and certificates of authenticity.<\/p>\n

If the chosen replacement artwork is of higher value, the customer will be required to pay the price difference. If it is of equivalent value, no additional payment will be required.<\/p>\n

Return and shipping costs for exchange are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part.<\/p>\n

2. Refund Policy:<\/b><\/p>\n

Customers have a period of 14 days<\/b> from the date of purchase to request a full refund of their purchase.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for reimbursement, the work of art must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and in its original packaging, with all documents and certificates of authenticity if applicable.<\/p>\n

Return and shipping costs for refund are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error on our part.<\/p>\n

Once the artwork is returned and inspected, we will issue a refund within 10 working days<\/b> using the same payment method used for the original purchase.<\/p>\n

3. Exceptions:<\/b><\/p>\n

Custom or custom-ordered artwork is generally not eligible for exchanges or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the order.<\/p>\n

Artwork damaged by the customer will not be eligible for exchanges or refunds unless there is an original manufacturing defect.<\/p>\n

All requests for exchanges or refunds are subject to approval by Dirty Paws.<\/p>\n
